Discussions will focus on distribution system improvements, metering/sub-metering and cloud based monitoring, including tenant sub-metering.

Mature, economic solutions exist to help end users minimize losses for all utility types (including electric, water and gas) and maintain tight, efficient systems. Savings begin with assessing and alerting customers to inefficiencies and anomalies throughout facilities and distribution systems. These solutions can provide windows into the facility usages and wastes.

Inefficiencies typically exist throughout customer distribution systems, particularly in the low voltage distribution transformers. Transformers, particularly pre-2007 transformers, are extremely inefficient under real world load conditions. Transformer retrofit programs exist to maximize efficiency at different rates of cost/return, minimize installation costs and deliver performance verification.
